All appointments are booked through our online scheduling page. Here you will have access to the following:

Create an account however it is not required to complete purchase.

Book individual training appointments, assessments, training packages, and purchase gift cards.

Book group training, clinics and camps when offered.

Sync your scheduled appointments to your IOS or google calendars as well as receive email/text alerts.

Ability to reschedule and/or cancel appointments. *This feature is disabled if appointment is scheduled within 24 hours from the time you are attempting to reschedule or cancel. *See cancellation policy for more details (add link)

When a client creates a client account, they can:

See upcoming and past appointments that are assigned to their client account.

See any active package, gift certificate, or subscription codes on their account and what they can be used for.

Access your Client Scheduling Page to reschedule or cancel existing appointments.

Log in through the Scheduling client mobile app to add your business to the app and book on the go.

Customers can skip certain forms that Scheduling will autofill for them:

Their name, phone number, and email address.

Intake forms they’ve already filled out. Customers can update this information if necessary, but otherwise skip these forms

Their card information if they’ve chosen to store it.

*Client accounts are optional however they are free to obtain.

Our primary training field is Perrigo Park in Redmond.

Clients will be notified If the location changes from Perrigo Park prior to your scheduled appointment.

Alternate fields are Grasslawn Park and Hartman Park in Redmond.

Players only need to bring water and dress accordingly.

Shinguards are not required.

Our client’s training appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. Unity Soccer Training respectfully requires at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

Any appointment missed or cancelled without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.

We understand that schedule adjustments may necessary due to emergencies. Unity Soccer Training stands by our clients during unfortunate circumstances.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel, we will reschedule your existing appointment without any additional charge added.

Unity Soccer Training stands by our policies. We feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients. If we have to cancel a client with less than 24 hours notice of the appointment scheduled, we will honor the same policy and your next appointment will be free of charge. Unity Soccer Training reserves the right to modify a scheduled appointment to a different trainer during the same time allotment if circumstances arise without prior approval of the client.

Passion Package (10 sessions) expires in 12 weeks upon purchase.

Dedication Package (8 sessions) expires in 10 weeks upon purchase.

Respect Package (3 sessions) expires in 4 weeks upon purchase.

Packages are now limited to 1 per player/sibling.

Payment is only accepted via Square through our scheduling portal.

Square works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. Square also supports mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Unity Soccer families now have the opportunity to earn FREE training sessions by referring new players to join the Unity Soccer family!

Current families that refer a new family to Unity Soccer will receive 1 complimentary private training session to be applied to their scheduling calendar.

Eligibility / Limitations:

-Newly referred customers must purchase any of our 3 offered training packages prior to the referring family receiving their complimentary training session.

-Our referral program may be repeated unlimited times.

-Current clients are only eligible to earn 1 training session per family referred, despite multiple siblings.

Yes, we sell gift certificates in various $ amounts. They can be purchased through our scheduling portal.
