10 Individual Training Sessions

Passion Training Package is the ultimate training experience for the most driven players seeking maximum improvements. Players are thoroughly assessed prior to the trainer designing a custom individual development plan. Expectations are very high in these sessions. Unity Soccer Training takes pride in creating training plans that challenge players both mentally and physically yet remain enjoyable.

+Individual Development Plan (IDP): Custom 10 session development plan designed to maximize player progression.

6 Individual Training Sessions

Dedication Training Package is suited to players of all ages and skill levels. The player and trainer first discuss short term goals, these goals will be implemented into the training plan. This plan will focus on footwork, 1v1’s, passing, shooting, and fitness.

Exclusive benefits included in Dedication Package:

+Setting Individual Goals: Player’s short term goals will be discussed and implemented into 6 session training plan.

3 Individual Training Sessions

Respect Training Package is geared towards players looking to prepare for tryouts or looking to improve 1-2 technical skills. The 3 sessions will focus on specific skills the player would like to learn. This package also benefits college players coming home for school breaks and would like to continue to train during the off season.

Small Group Training is not currently displayed on our scheduling page however we offer this service as case by case basis.
